CAROLYN: Hi. My name is Carolyn and I started coming to Dr. Stainer’s office for glycolic peels about two years ago. For Christmas, this last Christmas, my husband got a gift certificate for me to have the PhotoFacial. I’ve had the five treatments since December and it has been an absolutely dramatic change in my face, the difference in the skin since the treatment. I had rosacea before, very, very bad and I would just turn bright red. I don’t wear a lot of makeup, so when I would start to turn red, you could even see it through the makeup. But since the treatment, the very fine spider veins are gone, the redness is gone, the skin tone has evened out just dramatically. The minute you walk in the door, you’re greeted by the office staff in the front and they make you feel so comfortable and that’s the reason I come here even for my vision checks. Would I recommend this office? Absolutely, absolutely would recommend Dr. Stainer’s office. Why? Because of the staff because they do make you feel comfortable, very knowledgeable. My experience was they would almost hold your hand and explain everything to you before you got to the point of saying okay, this sounds good. So they guide you through the process, even my vision, they take you in a room, they do the exam, and they sit you down and they tell you, you know, what they found, your options. So you have all of the right tools to make a good decision.
